Information needed to perform the test, such as the names of the people being tested and the identification presented at the collection appointment.

To schedule, confirm and remind you of your DNA collection appointment.
To process your test with our accredited laboratory partner and deliver your results.

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders and customer-service replies related to your test. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
