DNA Test America Appointment Alerts

JATL Medical Services LLC d/b/a DNA Test America (also known as La Prueba de ADN) sends text messages from (800) 538-0048 to customers who have scheduled a DNA test and agreed to receive texts.

What We Send

Appointment confirmations (date, time and collection-center address)
Appointment reminders (usually the day before)
Replies to your questions about your appointment

We do not send marketing messages through this program, and we do not send DNA test results by text.

How You Opt In

You agree to receive texts when you (1) give verbal consent when scheduling by phone at (800) 538-0048, or (2) text CITA or APPT to (800) 538-0048. See how we collect consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 3 messages per appointment.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP (or ALTO) to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. To rejoin, text START to (800) 538-0048.
